Emma Kay is a Post Graduate Historian, Archaeologist and experienced Museum Professional. Formerly Head of Audience Development at The British Museum. For the last 15 years she has worked as a freelance Historian, becoming an accomplished author of 13 books, working for TV & delivering talks, demonstrations & workshops to a variety of audiences. She is a Fellow of The Royal Historical Society.

More recently Emma has joined a team of highly experienced teaching professionals working for an online Tuition Hub, tutoring mixed aged children in Archaeology. She can also be found browsing the shelves of dealers, adding to her 300 plus collection of antique items relating to the kitchen, dining and cooking, a hobby she embarked on over 20 years ago.
