Emma has made a big impact with her public apperances over the years. These have included culinary and history festival demonstrations in Wakefield and Cirencester and delivering museum workshops at the Museum of the Home, London and Royal Crescent, Bath among others.

She has also provided Literary Festival talks at Stroud and Bath, as well as speaking at smaller venues like local libraries and the WI, together with online delivery for organisations like the Guild of Food Writers, Tastemade and BBNY Group LLC, New York.
