Throughout Emma’s distinguished career, she has made numerous  TV appearances for Channel 4, Channel 5, BBC1, KBS-TV, Korea, as a guest food history expert on documentaries and mainstream popular programmes. These have included multiple appearances for series such as Walking Britain’s Roman Roads and Britain’s Lost Battlefields, along with the hugely popular BBC Countryfile.
